• To improve our service: Analyzing usage patterns to improve accuracy, performance, and user experience.
• To measure effectiveness: Tracking whether visitors to our marketing site sign up for the service, and measuring the performance of any advertising campaigns.

Free Validator Tool

Our free certificate validator allows you to upload a certificate without creating an account. When you use this tool:

• Your certificate is sent to our OCR provider for processing and then discarded.
• We do not permanently store the certificate file or its contents.
• No account is required and no personal information is collected beyond standard analytics data.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Hello Sales:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Certificate files are processed using AWS Textract for optical character recognition. Application infrastructure is hosted on AWS. See AWS Privacy Policy.
